Cedar nut oil is often used to treat varicose veins. Baths, which include this unique product, help to normalize the rhythm of blood flow, prevent the development of inflammatory processes and relieve unpleasant symptoms of the disease.

To prepare a cedar nut oil bath you will need:

  • 50 g of sea salt
  • 10 drops of cedar nut oil
  • 10 drops of lavender oil
  • 5 drops of juniper oil
  • 5 drops of geranium oil

Mix all the ingredients in strict accordance with the recommended proportions and pour them into a bowl filled with a little hot water. Leave the resulting mixture for 10 minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, lower your legs into the pelvis and keep them in a healing bath until the water cools completely.

To enhance the effect of this remedy, combine treatments with massage and compresses using pine nut oil.

Pine nut oil compress

Compresses with pine nut oil are no less effective remedy for varicose veins. For their preparation it is necessary to prepare:

  • a small amount of cedar cones
  • oil from pine nuts.

Boil the pine cones in a suitable amount of water for 30 minutes. After the specified time, chop the cones in any convenient way. Add cedar nut oil to the resulting mass, mix thoroughly and apply to the affected areas of the body. Soak the compress for no more than 20 minutes.
