Stir 180 g of honey and 50 g of pollen, stir constantly, as soon as you notice the appearance of clotting on the surface of the water, remove the resulting mixture in a dark place for 3-5 days.

Should only be taken before meals, only 2/3 of ½ a medium glass. The entire course of treatment will take 1-1.5 months.

Alcohol tincture with honey

This application is not for everyone. At the same time, alcoholic tincture is a more effective remedy, but you have to tinker with the preparation.

Prepare 20% propolis tincture with honey in 70% ethyl alcohol, take 30-40 drops diluted in a glass of warm water or milk (only fresh, meaning not pasteurized). Take 40-60 minutes before meals, three times a day.

The course of treatment will drag on for a month, in some cases it is possible to increase the period of admission to 2-2.5 months, but it is not advised to increase the dosage.

To prepare the tincture take 100 g of propolis, 200 g of honey and 1 liter of any alcohol (70%).
Freeze and grate the propolis, mix with bee nectar and fill it all with alcohol.
It is advisable to use dark dishes.
Remove for 10-15 days in a dark place for infusion, remembering to stir daily.

Honey can be taken separately, as a sweet dessert, but be sure to take 1-1.5 teaspoon before meals. By the way, lime and flower honey has shown the best effect to fight colitis.
